Commercial Litigation

Litigation is also a core business at Conway. Our team typically handles large, complex matters, particularly focused on the fields of construction and engineering, corporate / shareholders, contracts, intellectual property, financial transactions, and commercial litigation before the civil courts. We are aware of the disruption and expense that litigation often entails, and consequently work hard to represent our clients effectively and efficiently.

Given the international aspects recurring in our litigation practice and our mix of lawyers from both common and civil law jurisdictions, we are often involved in multi-jurisdictional litigations and in that regard we are called upon to act as coordinating counsel to oversee the work of correspondent law firms representing clients in other jurisdictions in related matters. Finally, our particular expertise in international arbitration means that we are specialists on the issues surrounding the setting aside of domestic arbitral awards and the enforcement of international awards and court judgments.
